Q: How do I access and log into Swift?

A: Access Swift by clicking “Get Started” on our website’s home page from your computer or mobile phone. The first time you enter you will be asked to create an account and provide your email address. When booking for the first time you will be prompted to complete a liability waiver and enter payment information. This can then be stored by the system, making booking your next appointment lightning fast!

Q: What reservations can be booked online?

A: You may book cages, lessons and lesson packages, performance training, camps and clinics online. Please text us at 864-816-5933 for all other inquiries.

Q: Does Swift send me confirmation emails and reminders?

A: Yes! When you book using the Swift platform the system will send you a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours in advance of your reservation.

Q: How do I use Swift to view my current bookings?

A: Once you login to Swift, click the icon at the top right of the screen to find “My Account.” Click “Activity” to view all of your upcoming bookings or make changes to them.

Q: How do I make modifications like rescheduling or canceling reservations?

A: When you make a reservation through the app, Swift will send you an email confirmation. You can make adjustments by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking “Manage Booking”. You can also make modifications in “My Account” under the “Activity” section.

Please keep in mind that reservations may only be modified up to 24 hours prior to your start time. If you need to modify or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, please call us at 864-509-0022 or text 864-816-5933.

Q: Why do you charge cancellation fees/no show fees?

A: At NLP, we're committed to providing the best experience possible for everyone, and this policy is meant to encourage accountability and fair use of our facilities. No shows with no notification will be charged the full fee for the session booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled session cost. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies.

Q: How do members access the facility after hours?

A: Members will be given access using state of the art Brivo Mobile Pass technology, which allows you to use your smartphone for access. Once you sign up for membership you will receive an email from brivomobilepass@brivo.com. Members should follow the instructions to download the Brivo Mobile Pass app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please allow both bluetooth and notifications. Once you download the app, click “Add Pass to Account” from your welcome email.

Once your pass is successfully added you can use the pass from the Brivo Mobile Pass app to open the front door of Next Level Performance from 5 am to midnight. Iphone users can even add a Siri shortcut that will allow you to say “Hey Siri Open Entrance” to open the door!

Please keep in mind that promptly at midnight the security system is armed, so please plan accordingly.
